  Horrible !!!!!
  The most disgusting place for anyone to live.
  Management Company itself does not reply to any emails in regards to situations within the building. The entire building should be torn down and a new one built. With over 30 units and only 3 bathrooms, most of the time 2 out of the 3 are OUT OF ORDER. Plus with the building having over 30 units they have 1 cleaning lady that comes 1 time a week. They have just this last week notified everyone of a rent increase that is above the legal amount that they can. Yes, we have 3 bathrooms here and the picture that I posted is what they all look like on a regular basis. It's horrible to keep your unit clean yet others around you don't and you have to wake up in the middle of the night with roaches all in your own bed. The Office Manager Nicole was the worst of all. Rude, vulgar, and unprofessional.
